Description:
The Hypnotizer, also known as Dizz is known to be a more passive however also dangerous creature. Hypnotizing its victims to do stuff to benefit Dizz, the creature is giving off black water off its body, when getting in touch, it will instantly hypnotize you and will drive you to your death.
Also this is my interpretation of the horror design of Sharkys Oc called Dizz, which I also gave the description of him! Dizz can be drawn by anyone, only thing you need to keep in mind is giving credit to Sharky for using his Oc!
